The State Emblem of the Republic of Uzbekistan was adopted on July 2, 1992, and is one of the official state symbols of the Republic of Uzbekistan, along with the flag and anthem.

The State Emblem of the Republic of Uzbekistan is a circle with the image of a Khumo bird with outstretched wings in the center - a symbol of happiness and freedom. In the upper part of the emblem is an octagon symbolizing the approval of the republic, inside which is a crescent with a star.
On the sides of the emblem are wreaths consisting of wheat ears on the right and cotton branches with open cotton bolls on the left. The wreaths are intertwined with a ribbon of the national flag. In the upper part of the emblem is an eight-pointed star, and in its lower part, on the bow of the ribbon encircling the wreath, is the inscription "O'zbekiston".
