Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) System
Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) System – a compact solution for wastewater treatment, removing oils, fats, hydrocarbons, and suspended solids with up to 99% efficiency.
Product description
The DAF system is designed for efficient wastewater treatment by removing oils, fats, hydrocarbons, suspended solids, and organics. The process works by injecting pressurized air into water, creating microbubbles that attach to contaminants and float them to the surface for easy removal as sludge.
Advantages:
Up to 99% removal efficiency for oils and fats
Significant reduction of suspended solids and COD
Compact design and low operating costs
Fully automatable operation
Widely used in food, oil & gas, textile, chemical, and other industries
Technical Specifications (example):
Capacity: 5–1000 m³/h
Air saturation pressure: 4–6 bar
Tank material: stainless steel AISI 304/316
Control system: automatic (PLC + touch panel)
